Shion était Chevalier d’Or du Bélier et fut le dernier véritable Grand Pope du Sanctuaire, il participa aussi la précédente Guerre Sainte survenue 200 ans avant les évènements de la série originale Saint Seiya.

Shion was Aries Gold Saint and was the last true Grand Pope of the Sanctuary, he also participated to the previous Holy War which occurred 200 years before the events of the original Saint Seiya series.
