Inazuman est le héros de sa propre série divisée en deux saisons et diffusée entre 1973 et 1974 (Inazuman puis Inazuman Flash).

L’identité d’Inazuman est Goro Watari qui est un étudiant et surtout un mutant. Il deviendra un héros quand l’armée du Shinjinrui Teikoku (Empire des Néo-Humains) attaquera le Japon avec ses soldats fantômes et ses robots mutants. Afin de défendre le pays, Goro se transformera d’abord en Sanagiman, une créature ressemblant à une sorte de larve, avant de devenir Inazuman après avoir absorbé assez d’énergie.

The identity of Inazuman is Goro Watari who is a student and especially a mutant. He became a hero when the army of Shinjinrui Teikoku (Neo-Human Empire) attack Japan with its phantom soldiers and its mutant robots. To defend the country, Goro will transform in first in Sanagiman, a creature resembling a kind of larva, before becoming Inazuman after absorbing enough energy.
