Ultraman Tiga est le héros de sa propre série entre 1996 et 1997. La série est la première de la franchise Ultraman de l’ère Heisei entièrement produite par le Japon après une pause de quinze ans à la fin de la série Ultraman 80, mis à part les coproductions étrangères de Ultraman Great (avec l’Australie) et Ultraman Powered (avec les Etats-Unis) du début des années 90s.

Ultraman Tiga is the hero of his own series between 1996 and 1997.  The series is the first of Ultraman franchise in Heisei era entirely produced by Japan after a break of fifteen years at the end of the Ultraman 80 series, except for foreign co-productions Ultraman Great (with Australia) and Ultraman Powered (with the United States) in the early 90s.
