Nouveau héros ? Nouveau rival ? Victory se transformera avec le Victory Lancer, un pistolet qui ressemble vaguement au Ginga Spark. Il n’utilisera que les Spark Dolls des Kaiju, ce qui pourrait expliquer sa couleur noire.
