Le manga ULTRAMAN par Eiichi Shimizu et Tomohiro Shimoguchi a débuté en 2011 et compte actuellement dix tomes au Japon avec un onzième prévu en décembre prochain. Une page spéciale au manga a été créée par le site du HERO’S, le magazine où est prépubliée l’œuvre au Japon, où se trouve actuellement un compteur qui se terminera le 1er décembre prochain. Une annonce importante pour le manga sera faite à la fin de ce décompte qui sera aussi présente dans l’édition de décembre du magazine. Néanmoins, pour l’instant, rien de la nature de cette annonce n’est révélé mais il est plus que probable que celle-ci se rapporte à l’adaptation du manga sur un autre média tel que, par exemple, une série animée à la télévision, un film au cinéma ou encore un jeu vidéo.
