Comme dit précédemment, la série se déroule 5 ans après la fin de la saison 1 et certains personnages ont bien changé, comme Mizuki, la vraie fausse demi-soeur de Haruka, qui maintenant prend les armes contre les Amazons.

Le bataillon d’extermination est divisé en plusieurs équipes.

Fukuda a rejoint les 4C avec Takeshi Kurosaki (joué par Kota Miura) et Ichiro Futamori (joué par Yoshito Momiki).

Shido, Takai et Misaki composent les 0B.

Chihiro (Kamen Rider Amazon Neo) fait partie de la Team X (prononcé Kiss) avec Hiroki Nagase (joué par Eiji Asaka), Takumi Yamashita (joué par Kairi Miura) et Kenta Kitamura (joué par Shohei Domoto).
