Jinzo Ningen 18 (Cyborg 18 ou C-18 en France) est un personnage du Manga Dragon Ball. C’est initialement une humaine transformée en cyborg par un scientifique nommé Gero, qu’elle éliminera avec l’aide son frère jumeau. Par la suite, elle aidera plusieurs fois les héros à défendre la Terre.
