Grâce à la Rampage Wolf Progrisekey, Fuwa deviendra Kamen Rider Vulcan Rampage Vulcan. Il combine les pouvoirs des 10 Progrisekeys de base (sauf Rising Hopper) qu’il pourra utiliser à volonté.
