Baltan Seijin est un ennemi d’Ultraman apparu dans la série débutée en Juillet 1966. L’appellation de cet adversaire peut se traduire par extraterrestre Baltan, créature provenant d’une planète du même nom. Cette planète fut détruite, forçant les survivants à errer dans l’espace jusqu’à venir sur la Terre dont les ressources furent très appropriées à leurs besoins et cherchèrent à la conquérir. Malheureusement pour eux, ils trouvèrent un autre extraterrestre, le héros Ultraman, sur leur chemin pour les en empêcher. Ce nouvel ensemble S.H.Figuarts vient après une première figurine de cet ennemi sortie en Août dernier. Ce nouveau trio de figurines de 16 cm prévu pour Avril prochain représente son pouvoir de clonage par effet résiduel de son déplacement dans l’espace.
