Il aura fallu attendre la fin de la série mais surtout la sortie du jouet pour enfin avoir une orthographe officielle des robots de la Shadow Line.

Au départ, nous avions simplement conclus à l’oreille qu’il s’agissait de Kuliner (Kuro (noir) + Liner), ce qui était logique puisque les noms de la Shadow Line ont tous un rapport avec le mot « noir » dans différentes langues.

Surprise, il n’en est rien ! Il s’agit en fait de Cryner, l’association de « Cry » (pleurer) et « Liner » et qui se prononce exactement pareil que Kuliner. C’est toujours bon à savoir après 40 épisodes…

We had to wait for the end of the series and the release of the toy to finally know the right spelling of the robots of the Shadow Line.

At first, we simply thought it was Kuliner (Kuro (black) + Liner), which was logical because every name of the Shadow Line has a black connotation.

Surprise, it is not ! It is in fact Cryner, the association of « Cry » and « Liner », pronouncing exactly the same as Kuliner. It’s still good to know after 40 episodes…
